I have always called Belleville home, so I have a great appreciation and knowledge for all this great area has to offer.

My combined background in fundraising, professional photography, and sales and marketing allows me to showcase your home effectively and help to find you the home of your dreams with patience and ease.

This is my twelfth year as a professional real estate sales representative. Through my many personal home buying and selling experiences, I've learned to understand the emotions and sometimes stresses that can go along with the home buying and selling process. My goal is to help and support you during this time to make it a successful and enjoyable experience.

I can help with every step of the home buying process. With a few details, such as; price range, preferred location, required size or desirable features, I can do an in-depth search to find those that truly suit your needs.

Once you decide which properties you would like to take a closer look at, I can then make all necessary arrangements to visit the home and thoroughly go through it with you.

Making a final selection is an exciting decision. I can help you by providing objective information about each property and the area in which it is located. I can also help you answer two very important questions objectively: Will the property meet all of my needs in a home? Will it be a sound investment?

Having a Realtor work on your behalf when buying a home is very important. I have your best interests in mind. I can provide information on the local real estate values, taxes, utility costs, services and amenities. I also know the potential problem areas in homes and can guide you in your purchase decision. I am familiar with the entire home purchasing process and can advise you of your legal and financial options and recommend other professional services to help you in your home buying process. I will see you through to the final stage, when all the papers are signed and the keys are in your hand.

Pricing your home correctly is the most important part of the process. I want to make sure you receive the most value possible for your home without overpricing. This ensures your home will sell in a timely fashion with a maximum return for you.

Marketing your home is another important aspect of the selling process. Some of my strategies include, but are not limited to: Multiple Listing Service (MLS), property signage, professional photographs, Open Houses, various internet site advertising and Social Media - I have achieved the Social Marketer Designation from Royal LePage.

Finally, I will work for you as a tough negotiator to get the best price and most favourable terms from your potential buyer.
